When I started I was still doing my other job while getting my foot on the door. The saving grace of that was I had a boss that worked with me to allow me to have days off or start early enough to get off in time to show properties. They made me set a date we were both comfortable with to get my business off the ground then I had to leave. I'm grateful for them giving me the push to make it work.

Not to mention all of the fees we have to keep up with
